Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Elegelli ships across Europe and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location, and you will see the options available at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery within Europe takes 2-4 business days. International shipping may take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

Can I return or exchange products?

Yes, but due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders above €75.

I did not receive my confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our team and we will resend your confirmation.

Yes. All of our formulations are developed in-house with a focus on safety, quality, and performance. They meet EU cosmetic regulations and are registered under CPNP.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. Elegelli is a cruelty-free brand, and none of our products are tested on animals.

Are your gel polishes suitable for professionals?

Absolutely. Elegelli products are designed for both professionals and enthusiasts, with high viscosity, perfect pigmentation, and a curved brush for effortless application.

Do your products contain HEMA or TPO?

No. Elegelli formulations are completely free from HEMA and TPO.
